About Us
A holding company built for governance, capital, and strategic partnerships
RORO Holdings Inc. is a Delaware C-corporation that functions as the parent, capital, governance, ownership, and strategic partnership vehicle above RORO Technology LLC and other ventures.
Delaware Corporation
Legal flexibility for a multi-entity group
Under Delaware law, a corporation can own property, make contracts, borrow and lend money, invest funds, hold interests in other entities, participate in joint ventures, and conduct business inside or outside Delaware.
Delaware law specifically allows corporations to participate in corporations, partnerships, LLCs, joint ventures, or other associations. This makes RORO Holdings Inc. well suited to own operating subsidiaries, hold African equity interests, centralize intellectual property, and serve as the contracting party for high-level strategic agreements.

- ✓Clean cap table for founders, investors, advisors, and employees
